The Spirit@Work Retreat is based on St. Ignatius’s ideas of discernment and provides young adults with the tools to prayerfully reflect on the major and minor decisions of their lives. Retreatants are invited to consider how their current choices impact their ability to follow God’s will and to listen for where God may be inviting them next. This retreat provides practical step by step guidance for how to approach decision making and allows opportunities to practice using these tools. Throughout the retreat, peer talks, small group discussion, and catechetical presentations help inform and guide retreatants to a better understanding of and familiarity with St. Ignatius’ teachings about discernment.
