“God sends us friends to be our firm support in the whirlpool of struggle. In the company of friends we will find strength to attain our sublime ideal.” – St. Maximilian Kolbe

Join us for our first ever Catholic Young Adults Memphis Bag Tag League! The League is open to those in their 20s and 30s (post college) of all different skill levels, from first time players, to established disc golfers. Most importantly, we are here to have fun and build community.

Now more than ever we need reasons to rejoice and laugh and be in communion with one another, and this bag tag league is a great opportunity to do just that!

Have you ever disc golfed? Now is the perfect time to try! Disc Golf is perfect for socializing in a way that allows for social distancing, as well as building a spirit of community.

What is a bag tag league? A bag tag league is where players get a random tag with a number from 1-24 on it. The goal is to end the season with the lowest possible number. #1 being first place, #2 being second, and so on. Each week we will randomly break everyone up into groups of 3. This will ensure that everyone has the chance to meet new people, and that numbers and their holders will fluctuate.

We will play on Sunday afternoons from 1:00pm – 3:00pm for 6 consecutive weeks (February 21 – March 28). We will play at ASU Mid-South Campus 2000 W Broadway Ave, West Memphis, AR 72301.

The cost to join the league is $30. This covers two custom stamped discs (a putter and a midrange), your bag tag, and a raffle ticket to win prizes from the raffle that will be held each week.

The league will consist of 24 people. Anyone who signs up after the 24 slots have been filled, will be notified and put on a waiting list.

*Although we will be outside, face masks will still be required.
