The Catholic Church exists to evangelize. To spread the good news of Jesus Christ to all. God calls us to be gift of ourselves through evangelization to all around us. There are many ideas out there of how to evangelize or who’s supposed to do it.

“Evangelization is for missionaries and priests.”, “That’s reserved for going on mission trips.”, ” I’m not smart enough and don’t know enough knowledge to be able to.”, “I don’t have enough time.”, That’s great and all, but it’s just not for me.”

The bottom line, Evangelization is meant for EVERYONE. We have a God given call to be missionary disciples and to share the good news with our very lives.

Join us for Theology on Tap where Peter Longoria will share with us the most basic foundation of evangelization, which will allow us to share the good news in every situation, and we will see how it is only when we answer this call to be missionary disciples that we will begin to live fully alive.
